Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for housing at Diamonds & Pearls, applicants must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Be able to live in a shared room environment

• Be able to manage daily living needs independently

• Have consistent monthly income (Private Pay, SSDI, SSI, or Government Assistance)

• Agree to follow all house rules and respect shared spaces

• Provide valid identification (state ID or driver’s license) and proof of income
